Blake Phillips

Founder & CEO
Blake founded Phillips Manufacturing (previously Phillips Welding Services) in 2012 working as a contract welder. After surviving a severe accident, he was approached by a heavy equipment dealer to build a tree grubber for an excavator and eventually decided to pursue building heavy equipment attachments. Shortly after, he hired his first employee and purchased machines to help with manufacturing attachments and heavy fab. Since then, Blake has set out on a mission to build Phillips Manufacturing into an industry-leading company known for quality, reliability and customer service.
Claire Phillips
Chief Financial Officer
Claire Phillips, who holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and a Master of Professional Accountancy, serves as Chief Financial Officer overseeing the organization’s financial operations and strategic planning. She leads budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, ensures compliance and risk management, and partners with executive leadership to drive informed decisions and long-term financial success


Ryon Holt
Business Development & Strategy Manager
Ryon joined Phillips Manufacturing in August 25’ as the Business Development and Strategy Manager. He graduated from Texas Tech University with a bachelor's degree in Agricultural and Applied Economics in 2020 and worked in heavy equipment sales before joining the team. Ryon is involved in the development of new accounts and sales by being in the field with customers, implementing marketing strategies, and chasing new leads.
Corley Russell
Operations Manager
Corley started with Phillips in 2020 as a welder/fitter. With his time at Phillips Manufacturing, Corley has gained valuable industry experience and product knowledge and is now an integral part of the Phillips management team. As Operation Manager, Corley is responsible for overseeing the entire production process of all Phillips attachments as well as managing the warranty and service department.


Cache Dagenhart
Lead machinist/3D design
Cache Dagenhart is a skilled CNC Machinist and CAD Designer with a certificate in CNC Machining and Manufacturing, bringing technical expertise and precision to every project. He specializes in programming, setting up and operating CNC equipment, as well as creating detailed CAD designs to support accurate part production. With a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality standards, Cache ensures efficient production, tight tolerances, and high-quality finished components.
Conner Schwartz
Shop Foreman
Conner started at Phillips Manufacturing as a welder/fitter. With his time here at Phillips, he has gained valuable industry experience and a versatile understanding of the heavy equipment attachments manufactured by Phillips, making him a key member of the team. As shop foreman, Conner is responsible for overseeing the material processing and production from start to finish, as well as overseeing the
make-ready and shipping departments.


Austin Evans
Material Processing Lead
Austin Evans oversees the material processing, ensuring materials are prepared efficiently and accurately for production. He operates the plasma table and maintains high standards of precision and safety. Austin’s attention to detail and hands-on expertise play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly and on schedule.
